Marketing/Social Media Internship Opportunity (unpaid)
TransGender Publishing (TGP) is searching for a Marketing/Social Media Assistant intern. A small, independent publishing house located in Victoria BC, TransGender Publishing focuses on trans fiction and non-fiction, including life histories. Founded in 2017, this relatively young company does not enjoy the financial wherewithal to offer remuneration at this time, however potential exists for paid work in the future. Moreover, hours may be used to build your work experience or fulfill educational program requirements with the approval of your educational institution. The hours are flexible and, given the uncertainty of the current times, the work is designed to be completed online and at a distance.
Our ideal candidate has marketing and social media skills, along with a working understanding of website design and maintenance. You are familiar with and enthusiastic about Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other forms of social media as a way for reaching customers. This internship provides an opportunity for you to bring your skills to bear at an early stage in the development of a robust and successful marketing campaign.
